FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

Preorders

If your order contains both a preorder item and an in-stock item, we'll hold on to everything and ship it all together once the preorder item is ready to go.

International & Northern Ireland Orders

Currently we are not shipping internationally through the website, but we do send orders abroad quite often - we just like to handle these ones personally. If you'd like to place an international order, simply email us at studio@tooka.co.uk with a screenshot of your basket along with your full address and postcode, and we'll get back to you with a quote. We only ever charge international shipping at cost, though please note you'll be responsible for any import or customs duties charged at your end.

The same goes for Northern Ireland - currently we are not shipping there through the website, so please drop us an email at studio@tooka.co.uk and we'll sort your order out directly.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey with the courier.
